Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bonnie Doone Cartway community portal at app.bonniedoonecartway.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.

Private Community - Authorized Users Only

The Service is a private website operated exclusively for the benefit of families with a genuine connection to Bonnie Doone Cartway on Cape Cod. Access is by invitation and administrator approval only.

You represent that you are an authorized member of the Bonnie Doone Cartway community. You may not share your account credentials with others, create accounts on behalf of persons who are not community members, or misrepresent your connection to the community to gain access.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your account information accurate and current
• Notifying the administrator promptly of any unauthorized access

Permitted Use

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial community use only. You may use the Service to:

• View and manage cottage reservations for your family
• Read and post to the community bulletin board
• View community calendars and announcements
• Communicate with other authorized community members

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Conduct any commercial activity or advertising
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful to any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the Service
• Impersonate any other community member or administrator
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

Content You Post

You retain ownership of any content you post to the bulletin board or other community areas of the Service. By posting content, you grant Bonnie Doon Cartway a limited license to display that content to other authorized community members within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree that it will be respectful, accurate, and appropriate for a private family community.

Termination of Access

The administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at the administrator's sole discretion. If your family's connection to the community ends, you are expected to stop using the Service and your account may be deactivated.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonnie Doone Cartway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This is a volunteer-operated community website; total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active community members of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
